This role will lead the implementation of the strategic vision of CPCDC as outlined in the 2023 – 2028 strategic plan. The role is structured as a full time position and reports directly to the President of the CPCDC Board.
The Executive Director will work with a core staff and Board of Trustees along with a network of partners to deliver all aspects of its strategic plan in East Parkside. This will include the planning, execution, and management of real estate projects in alignment with the CPCDC strategic objectives. The ED along with the CPCDC staff and Board Committees align themselves with the community, its funders, council office, government agencies, and other project stakeholders to ensure the bulk of the scope of the strategic plan is delivered within the 5 year time frame. This collaborative approach indicates a recognition of the importance of engaging with and garnering support from various stakeholders to drive the success of the initiatives outlined in the strategic plan.
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, community-centric individual with excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to seamlessly manage multiple project workstreams and stakeholder groups.
